If you look at the chatuniversity database from previous years, offers for BM only started arriving after January. The first wave were people with all A*s. The others followed in March/April.

i got offer from kings but diff course, someone else got from kings physcology. and someone for another for maths

Just bear in mind that Business Management and Law tend to arttract the highest volume of applicants at KCL (almost 4000).BM has a lower offer rate than law so they probably need to take more time to be as selective as they need to be. Other courses probably can be quicker due to a lower number of applications and a more lenient approach to offers so that would explain why Business offers tend to come out later.
