Anyone apply to the Underwriter Program at Hiscox?

I've been through a commercial insurance graduate scheme and underwriting was a big part of it. It's a great place to learn about how the industry works. The application process for insurance companies can be challenging, but they mostly want to see that you have a strong willingness to learn more about the industry and can think commercially. If anyone's doing video interviews or AC's, happy to answer any questions as i've been there myself.
