They are currently processing undergraduate applications first. The GEM applications will start being processed only in January, but they do sometimes send rejection letters before that.

On the spreadsheet it shows someone just received an interview invitation

Ive received an invite about 30 mins ago. Was clearly the first batch so I wouldn't worry there were loads of unclaimed interview spots on the sign up.
