Looking for replacement for my current accommodation in dwell The Grafton
For personal reasons I want to look for someone to replace my current accommodation in Dwell The Grafton, Manchester.
The flat is a 2b1b, and the smaller single room is available from now. The location is really good, it is really close to the university of Manchester and there are Morrisons, sainsbury just downstairs, 5mins walk to Tesco, Poundland and Lidl. And there is a small gym in the accommodation for free.
The price is £180 pw, including bills, which is a good price for students to move in. It will be an official sublet contract with the Dwell.
The Requirement you should satisfy ❗️: a female student who can cover the rest of the tenancy, which is now-22/08/2026. If you are interested in it, we can negotiate the date of your movement.
