LNAT

I sat the LNAT today and I think I’ve completely flunked it- I’ve already sent my UCAS off and have applied to UCL, KCL and LSE and I literally can’t stop thinking about it.. is there a chance that I could still receive at least one offer for one of those unis with a lower LNAT score?? I’ve already received offers from QMUL and Nottingham but I don’t really want to go to either..
*I know KCL seem to be the most strict on the LNAT MCQ whereas UCL seem more lenient with regards to the essay in section B (which I think I did okay in) - tbh I’m just posting this so I can get this off my chest somewhere 😭 is anyone else in the same position

Its very natural to think you have messed this up - you probably haven't. Whatever the situation, you cannot do anything about this now and even if you do receive a low score, there are 'other Universities'.

This is one of the reasons why I would never advise anyone to apply for Law at all three of KCL, UCL and LSE - its just far too risky.

I sat mine yesterday too I know what u mean ab the mcqs I don’t feel too confident in how section a went there was a couple questions where I had to guess and others where I was just very unsure. I’ve applied to UCL too so i’m just really hoping my mcqs are atleast the average because I think my essay went pretty well.
My 6form is very small and none of my teachers have had someone do it before so they can’t offer me much help but I can’t stop thinking ab if i’ve completely messed up the mcq and didn’t answer the essay question right or if i’m just stressing over nothing. I know what u mean ab nottingham because I only really wanna go to either ucl or bristol which are both so reliant on the lnat so im just so worried .
All we can do is just wait Ig now though it’s just hard

Heyy i got mine tmrw! i hope u did well and although i havent applied to the ones your applying for, ik someone who applied for kcl and thought they did rly bad and but ended up getting in anyway! what where ur essay questions lol im in the middle of revising and good luck!

hii thankyou btw if i could give u a bit of unwarranted advice it would be to go into the exam with confidence that you’ll do well 🙂*↕️ don’t stress yourself out and also ask for headphones cause I got really distracted at the start - for the essay qst you’ll probably get two difficult and more specific questions and one broad question - my one was on banning access to social networks in schools Good luck!

ahhh I’ve spoken to another friend who has also applied to UCL and she found the MCQs quite tricky so we’re not alone on that . I’m in the same boat as u for section A let’s just hope we hit that 20/42 (?) benchmark so UCL actually checks over the essay 😭😭 good luck tho im sure u did better than u think
