Graduate cv engineering should I put shift engineering role on
So I am a graduate mechanical engineer and haven’t landed a grad scheme in engineering but have been lucky enough to get a shift engineering role and it’s way above a grad level but it’s not what I want to do with my career and some grad schemes don’t like full role experience should I leave this role on my cv or not
