Outreach programmes for medicine

Guys how important are outreach programmes for medicine. like i genuinely keep getting rejected and idk why and this is kinda deterring me away from medicine because if they dont want me in their programme then like. I wanna implement more work experience cuz these programmes arent even wanting to connect with me so any recommendations for work experience would be helpful

mostly these r for contextual students.
it's worth checking if u r eligible for them, they also look at ur gcse grades///
which programmes did u apply to and what were ur gcses?
but u can always apply for general outreach programmes too 🙂
i did 1 and it was quite fun

Second what the other person said.
These are mainly for contextual applicant/they are prioritised as people from these backgrounds often have less opportunities.
I did one and it allowed me to get some work experience which can be a nightmare to gain independently due to safeguarding/insurance issues. Try and get into one but if you can't try do a MOOC or work experience.
Observe GP is a great free work experience thing you can do online
