Switching course for loughborough university

Ive just applied for psychology at loughborough, but i think i might want to go into the psychology of eating disorders and more nutrition/dietetics based fields afterwards. I’ve looked into biological sciences and human biology at loughborough and like the look of both of the courses, but also like the psychology course. My personal statement is very psychology heavy, and I don’t really want to change it, but my A Levels are Maths Biology and Psychology at A*A*A, would loughborough let me switch courses without reapplying or let me consider switching courses when i get there?
