Am I eligible for contextual offer?

I have been studying in the UK since year 10 but I havent got my citizenship yet (1 yr away).

I am currently holding a BNO visa which I looked it up and it says the unis I am applying to like KCL and UCL do take account into that but I am still uncertain.

I am also not living with my parents and had been in care by my relatives for over 3 years.

So am I eligible for a contextual offer for unis like KCL, UCL and Queen Mary
( I really need that contextual offer because my predicted grades right now is A* in psychology, A and B but KCL needs A*AA and both UCL and Queen mary needs AAA)

All you can do is read the relevant info page on each Uni's website - and if its still not clear, phone them and ask, Don't email - it will take far too long to get a response at this time of year.

Will they give you a direct answer if you are eligible or not on phone?

You can either phone them and find this out - or apply without knowing.

If you email them, most tell u to look at guidelines from the UKISA website and will only access u when u actually apply to them. SO best thing is to read ukisa and hope for the best. since kcl and ucl said they take it into account, u prob would get contextual. but take in mind this would only be true if u have the relevant visa / ilrhope this helps
