So i'm currently resitting A levels/doing a gap year, and the journey so far is going well. im going to apply for PPE courses - My top course or most favourite course right now that I've found is econ psych and phil at warwick, i think i'd enjoy it and it's at a highly ranked university already, it would be my top/aspirational - along with other choices which are safer. I am a resit student so my application will be less competitive so i just wanted to ask for some general advice
- tips for my personal statement, how to make it good enough to ensure that I can still get an offer despite being disadvantaged
- should i mention or talk about the fact that im resitting, like maybe what it taught me or something i dont know
- should i apply with the highest predicted grades? im eligible for contextual offers, the normal contextual is AAB but the normal offer is A*AA, and i dont wanna predict myself too high because im scared i wont meet the offer. i currently can be predicted AAA but i can also go with AAB, maybe instead i can get an offer for AAB rather than AAA - but ive also seen people say you need the highest grades for warwick, i just wanna be smart with everything
- any other advice that can help
