Can I still get in?

I currently have a predicted grade of MMM and I've already sent off my ucas application. Got an offer today from Westminster (I always wanted to go there but only realised today how bad it actually was). I want to study law and switched one of my options for edge hill university and their entry requirement is DMM. I'm doing an level 3 extended diploma in applied science.

I know for sure that I'll get a DMM or a DDM when I get my results next year. If they don't give me an offer will I have time to still get a place for Law LLB?

There will always be places in Clearing for Law if you don't get your expected grades so don't worry.

Which other Unis have you applied to?

Unless its less than 14 days since applying, you cannot change your Uni choices.

Obvious question is why didn't you think more carefully about your choices before you applied.

Hi @Kimmiegracie ,

That's great to hear you're considering Edge Hill! Even though you haven't heard just yet, you should hear soon, so try not to worry.

Your predicted grades will be taken into consideration alongside your personal statement and references, so even if you're grades don't quite match the entry requirement, you're still in a strong position.

If for any reason you didn't receive an offer or didn't quite make the grades on the day, you would still have the option to go through Clearing and you could speak directly with the admissions team about your application.

In the meantime, if you'd like to found out more about the Law course at Edge Hill, you can speak to one of our online ambassadors through the university website or via the link below.

Speak to Annabel - current law student

You still have plenty of time to hear back about an offer, so there's no need to panic.

Good luck with your applications and feel free to ask any questions you have about Edge Hill or the law course.
