Would they let me change UC appointment to a phone one or reschedule for next week?

I'm not well at the moment, got a bad cold/flu and I've got an appointment coming up to help with my CV which I shouldn't be having. I know how to write a CV but the work coach out of the blue said it's not in the right order. A previous work coach said the same and I changed it for future CV's. tbh this current work coach is stupid can't read, apparently I have worked for the council when I haven't. I said that was wrong and she said that's what it said on my CV but it didn't. She's rubbish just interested in sending me in training courses that are far. I'd never be able to get to those on time with bus service starting after 5 and courses starting at 9. If I somehow managed to get the job with them they'd probably start earlier like 7-8 which I definitely wouldn't be able to get there for on time. Anyway there is no way I'll be better by the appointment the day after tomorrow, I don't want to be seen wiping my runny nose, sneezing/coughing and my head hurts. Would they do it over the phone or reschedule it? Should I just send a message in my journal first thing tomorrow and say I can't make it because of cold/flu and can it change to over phone or be rearranged?
