Why Birmingham Medical School

I'm a year 13 student applying to medicine and just got an interview at Birmingham for February. I'm not sure how to answer the "why Birmingham over other med schools" question and was wondering if anyone has any ideas on what I could talk about? how personal does it need to be because I've been told to talk about course structure and what not but it feels very impersonal.

Look on their website, see what they think make them better then others, reflect it back to them. (Eg pretend they are a woman and you are dating them.....)
Eg I like xxxx method of teaching because it enables for leaning knowage in contacted. Along with knowing a bit about xxxx. Also cost of housing compared to London allowing you to focus on studying rather then part time work etc. Is there good public transport links to placements, if so tell them you like that.
