"Your anonymised Behaviour statements will now be sifted by our independent recruitment partner Reed Talent Management, against the effective indicators for the required Behaviours.
Candidates who meet the minimum selection criteria at sift will then be invited to a one-day Assessment Centre."

My portal has changed to application in reserve. I've met the minimum standard but can't offer a job "immediately". It says I can check my feedback but it only tells me my numerical score which was 96% but nothing to do with my actual application. I'm quite confused

I got invited the the AC a few weeks ago. It will be in the middle of March but I haven't heard any details yet. Has anyone else been invited or heard any details about how the day will run?

I was told in an email when they initially invited me to the AC last month, that we will be given more information closer to the time. But my AC is scheduled very soon so I am beginning to think that we might not receive things like a resource pack or interview questions before the day

Has anyone received an offer? I was originally on reserve list for AC and then got invited to AC but my portal never updated. It is now saying that the reserve list has expired but I should apply next year. idk if this means my whole application was unsuccesful or just that the reserve list for ACs has now expired

hey! i've not yet received an offer, but yesterday my portal updated to 'awaiting results' after sitting the ac (which i did around 2 weeks ago). whereas beforehand even after i sat the ac it read 'invited to interview'. if you did the ac, it could just be a case of perhaps the portal being slow/not yet accounting for the fact you did the ac. keeping my fingers crossed for you!
