social sciences - recommendations for postgrad internship or opportunties!
HI, im studying sociology and criminology at Uni,
Im currently crashing out about graduating uni in july and am currently looking into postgrad opportunities, specifically ones with end dates, so for the summer or a year etc, either internships, jobs, schemes anything. I am based in England but wouldn't mind travelling. I'm leaning towards charities and NGOS and anything that feels like i'm making a difference. My Unis careers team is zero help and i've been doing my own research but have not found anything yet. My uni hasn't really been helpful in informing us of how to find these. any help is great! Even websites or social media people have used

For charity work vacancies, check CharityJob, Prospects and organisations like Amnesty, The Forward Trust. For a criminology related experience look for vacancies in Youth Offending Teams. Look for administrative roles in public sectors like The Crown Prosecution Service and HM prison and probation service.
