for the them it’s asking, before even writing, just think of some statements for each text, that’s basically what your topic sentence is, a statement you expand in your essay

Make sure to pick the ‘right’ quotes = so relevant quotes you can link context into, as well as possible alternative interpretations and different ways of reading
•
Make sure you can actually compare the theme - my biggest piece of advice is to have perhaps a similarity, but them talk about the different ways each portrays it
