Spanish A-Level speaking exam

Hey guys,
could someone please give me some accurate information about the A-level Spanish speaking exam? I’m sitting it in 2026, and my teachers don’t seem very sure about how it actually works, so I’m quite confused.

I’m a decent A-level Spanish student and basically fluent, but I don’t want to make my life harder than it needs to be. What I really want to know is how the stimulus cards work in the real speaking exam. Do you get one card from the Year 12 topics and one from the Year 13 topics and then choose between them, or is it just a complete mix of topics?

At the moment, I’m mainly revising the Year 12 topics because I don’t want to memorise every law or statistic about Spain it’s just too much alongside my other two A-levels. However, my teacher has said different things at different times: once she said you get one Year 12 card and one Year 13 card and choose one, and another time she said its a mix and so I don't really trust her.

Can someone pls help.
Thanks

My teacher says that its one card from year 12, and one form year 13! So what you're doing should be fine.
