Student Nursing and Accomodation at Ulster Magee

Hi there folks, I'm currently in Sixth Form and looking to study nursing at Ulster next year. I live in Co. Down so I'd definitely need to live in halls. I've been looking at the contract lengths and I have concerns that they may not be long enough to allow me to complete placements. However I've seen some people here talk about they are staying in Duncreggan Village for their nursing course, but they are only 41-weeks? Anyone any advice? Cheers
