Hi guys,
I got an offer from Manchester MPharm via UCAS today.

Hi, I know it’s been a while since you posted this but I’ve just received all my decisions and I got offers for pharmacy at Manchester, Nottingham, Bath and Sheffield and I’m currently stuck between Manchester and Nottingham. Originally Manchester was my top choice but I’ve heard Nottingham is ranked higher so I’m unsure now. I really need some help deciding 😭

mine are A*AA but as long as you reach the requirement of AAB don’t rule out applying
Hi there 😊

Congrats on getting your offers. I am a current pharmacy student here at Bath so I can offer some support of how I ended up making my decision.

Please also remember rankings always fluctuate and in terms of pharmacy prospects and career progression, the university you choose to go to doesn't change your future prospects as you're studying at an GPhC accredited course. Other factors like cost of living, course structure, support available, bursaries should help support you in making your final decision.

Have you had the chance to visit both universities? Both are different and similar in ways so look at what is important to yourself? Teaching styles, placement opportunities, practicals, research projects etc. At the end of the day, the most important factor is where you feel comfortable to live and study for 4 years

I hope this helps and best of luck in your decision!
