Predicted grades

I am just wondering how many people achieved their predicted grades or even higher?

There is no single statistic for that. At the top end though, it's pretty rare to see someone achieve 4A* if predicted. Similarly, meeting 3A*, 3A*A, etc. are not all that common.
For other grades though, it varies a lot by person and if you are willing to put in the work.

"The system of predicted grades is inaccurate. Only 16% of applicants achieved the A-level grade points that they were predicted to achieve, based on their best three A-levels and the vast majority of applicant were over-predicted"
