Yr 12 november mocks

I've just completed my first mocks in year 12. In our school we have a total 4 mocks in a level, three in AS and 1 in A2/A level. Our first mock was in november and since i do bio chem and english lit i got a grade BCB in them (they are my first forecast predicted grades also for some reason). Considering this is my first mocks and i havent completed as much revision as i intended, how much effort will it take for me to get and A*AA in my final exams so i can get into medical school? What do i need to do in this winter holiday break to prepare myself for the new year. Also, chem is my weakest subject out of the 3 a levels i am doing what do i need to do in order to strengthen my knowledge on it.

Getting from BCB to A*AA is very doable if you are consistently working instead of last minute cramming. You don’t need to revise for hours and hours a day but you do need to build strong foundations this year. For the winter holidays try to go back over all Y12 content so far, especially fundamentals . And make sure you actually understand processes rather than memorising.
