Lloyds Graduate Schemes: Data Science & AI vs Technology Engineer

Hi, I'm planning to apply to one of the lloyds graduate schemes. Seeing how I can only apply to one of the schemes, now I'm stuck between the two above. I'm concerned with how my technical knowledge may be a barrier and I would need to see which one possibly aligns my skills at the moment. Locations and salary don't concern me as their near similar.

For the technology route: I do not have knowledge of transactional data management and implementing API (only learnt how to design one). I have some knowledge of graphs however. Not sure if I am able to learn the required skills in time?

For the data science route: I have some knowledge of SQL (probably need to brush up). A bit limited in my knowledge about stats and recently learnt machine learning concepts from a module. I don't have much experience in implementation other than some courseworks I did.

Which should I give a shot at?
Thanks!

Honestly depends what you’re interested in I guess. Research them both thoroughly.
