Has anyone applied and completed the online job simulation for the AI graduate scheme at M&G?

What were the qs like

Do you happen to know the salary for this scheme (or any other grad scheme at M&G)?

I just completed the job sim and I'm not even sure about how it went (the video interview bits). The very first one threw me off a bit and I felt like i wasn't able to answer in as much depth as I would've wanted. I applied for another grad stream, not the AI one but i assume the job sim's the same across. There's about 3 video questions in the job sim. The first one you're given an attachment and asked a two part question, 3 minutes to prep and 2-3 minutes to answer and was like based on...what info will you need and how would you go about finding it + another layered question - be wary of the time on this one. Second one was simpler, you're given another attachment and asked a question about it like what would you choose and how will you justify/summarise blah blah (3 min prep, 2-3minute response time). The last one was 2 min prep and 2 min response time and was just about how you/team adapt when new things come up. The rest was just ranking tiles from most likely to do - least likely to do. Overall straightforward and short (under 45 mins to complete i think). The first two VIs are very contextual and you can't prepare for it in advance, just make sure you're able to communicate your points/ideas succintly and clearly. The last video question can deffo be prepped for and then just adapted to the question prompt.

Do you reckon the qs would be the same for other roles

Did you get a confirmation email after the job simulation that you’d completed it and or a skills report? I got neither

I got neither as well. I don't think feedback is sent until they review all of them?

they said by the end of the week but dont be surprised if it is longer

they just sent an email saying a couple more weeks

Their ACs will probably happen around end of feb
