Student accommodation in Bangor

Hello, I am going to be a new student in 2026 and I’m currently struggling to decide whether to go with university accommodation or private accommodation in Bangor i.e IQ student accommodation (Neuadd willis)
And having only seen the university accommodation in person I can’t really compare to online pictures of the private accommodation and cannot take the time out to do a tour as it is only open during the week and I am not local to the area
I am looking for an ensuite room
