My friend got an offer for the audit Birmingham role just before Christmas

Hi, do you know what the assessment day was like. Was it an interview and a group exercise?

My friend said there was an interview and then a presentation, she did each task with like 2 other applicants. Idk what the structure was in terms of the interview considering it was done with other applicants but thats what she said they did

Wait what? I got told it's only an hour long slot? Does that mean we do all of this within the hour?

I assumed the 1 hour slot was just for the interview and that the rest of the day would follow that

That's so interesting. If thats true they really haven't made it clear. I guess we'll see on the day.

how was it and what did it consist of? What were the interview questions like?

I was told that we should expect to hear back by the end of this week, but I've heard nothing so far. I think the head of Dains recruitment is the same across all locations so might take a while for everyone to hear back. 🙂

ahhh okay thank you, the anticipation is killing me haha at least there’s only 2 more days of the week so not much longer
