Boots time off request

Anyone who works in boots I need your help!
My manager hasn’t explain to me how to request time off and she’s always busy so I haven’t found the time to ask her. How do I actually request time off because on the fingerprint clock in machine there is an option to request time off there, do i do it on that or is there an app or something? I have no idea what my MyTime login is and the UKG pro app is asking for my OneId but I have no idea what that is 😅

Are there any other managers/supervisors you can ask?

I have already told this person to discuss the matter with there immediate store manager or the deputy duty manager in there other thread asking the same thing what they are asking again with this thread - ( Boots request time off) I'm sure it is the same person.
Boots has updated a lot of there online system process over the last year including annual leave ( issue with annual leave they can still request it in writing or discuss it with management at least a week minimum notice - if can't get access to there online account).
