To all offer holders,
Quick question for fellow offer holders. Has anyone else received a note from the course director referencing parts of their application or connecting them with faculty whose work aligns with their interests?
I recently received a message that mentioned my proposed dissertation topic and copied a few members of the teaching team. I was curious whether this is something the programme does routinely to help students start conversations with potential supervisors, or if it happens mainly when there’s a clear research overlap.
Just trying to understand how early the programme usually encourages these academic connections.
