What is the flexibility on grades on results day for geography at Bristol where AAA is required

Why, what grades do you think that you’ll get? It probably depends on how competitive the course is along with demand, whether they’ll have trouble filling spaces etc.

I’m predicted ABB and they gave me an offer subject to me getting AAA. I’ll probably get ABB but I’m unsure whether firming Bristol is a good idea or whether I should pick a university that requires lower

I mean you loose nothing in my opinion from firming Bristol, that’s what the insurance is for. Firm the university that you want to go to the most (which seems to be Bristol in this case) then insure a university that has lower entry requirements.

But you don’t need to rush to firm now, there’s still plenty of time left.
