Help with UCAS Qualification Dates + AS/A2 exams + AS resits

Hello, I'm an international student applying for 2026 September Intake in the UK. My school is NOT a registered UCAS Centre so I will be applying independently.

I have done all my (Edexcel) IAL exams already, but I will receive my results AFTER January 14th 2026 (Equal Consideration Deadline (ECD) )
I have gotten my provisional AS results but they have not been cashed-in.
I have already resat some AS Modules at the same time as my A2 exams, and AFAIK I will receive my overall grades for all my subjects (Mathematics included, I don't do Further Mathematics) on Results Day (after the ECD).

So how should I fill in my Qualifications?

Should I specify ALL of my AS modules and the grades I received for them in my first year, and AGAIN add the AS modules I resat as 'Pending', and THEN add my A2 modules as 'Pending' ?
Should I only input the Overall Subject Grades as 'Pending'?

Also, what does Qualification Date mean? The date I DID the exam or the date I GET the results?

I've looked around for more information on this process but I only became more confused, would appreciate help ASAP!

The thing I'm almost sure is that the qualification date is the actual date of the exam, and with the grades, at least in my school, if you put pending then the teachers/the school will put your predicted grades into your application form as well, but you won't see the predicted grades on your own ucas account - you can only see this from a teacher's account. I'm applying from the UK, so its from my perspective, better check the UCAS official website and contact them if ur not sure. Hope that helps, and merry Christmas! good luck
