Help with referencing

I'm currently researching the legal frameworks surrounding the British Grand Prix for my masters. I've gone down a rabbit hole about the lack of patents in F1 racing and found lots of people quoting an interview that James Allen did on his blog about it. I've found the link to the blog post but it's not available any more, when I looked on Wayback machine, it also isn't there. I know it's not best practice to quote of a quote of a quote but I'm not sure what else I can do?
Would it be okay just for this?

Have you spoken to your supervisor, module leader or academic skills team at your university to see what the best practice is?

Different universities and courses have different policies.
