urgent predicted grade help

independent candidate here
basically i'm self teaching an a level. i had 2 months to learn all the content while working part time (and preparing for an admissions test) before doing a mock to get a predicted grade. i haven't got the grade back yet, but i know it's going to be bad (i mean it's a content-heavy a-level and i barely had time to cover it all let alone learn how to apply it). i needed an A predicted for the specific uni i wanted to get into. i got grades around that range last year and i think by may/june i could achieve it. i'm honestly just panicking bc i could've done awfully in the mock, like an E to maximum C range... it sucks as i've worked so hard for the mock/admissions test/getting a reference etc but i just didn't have enough time unfortunately. i also expect the place i did the mock won't be willing to predict higher than i achieved as that's all the work they've seen from me.

does anyone know if there's any way i can save this? are there any tutor centres or anything that can still provide a predicted grade in time? i'd feel more prepared to sit another (different) mock now but i can't find anywhere. what if i just apply without a predicted grade? (i am very desperate to get into this one specific uni as it's local and for personal reasons it would be hard to move away). any suggestions would be helpful, thank you
