Hi everyone! I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my Silver Ensuite room at iQ Bloomsbury, available from 17 January 2025.

Room details:

Silver Ensuite (private bathroom)

Shared kitchen

Bills & Wi-Fi included

Modern building with gym, study spaces, social areas

Very close to UCL / central London

Secure student accommodation

I’m changing universities from January, so I’m looking for another student to take over the tenancy officially through iQ.
