Under 18

Is it just me or does every time you find a dating app that helps you get told your underage? Just because we are under 18 doesn’t mean we can’t date people!

They are not able/prepared to take on the risk of exposing non-adults to their potentially hazardous and toxic service. There’s plenty of time to experience this later

Most companies and individuals aren't willing to take the liability of allowing under 18s on their platform. Technically in the UK they could probably allow 16-17 year olds, but there are laws they don't want to have to deal with. I know a couple apps which allow under 18s but I wouldn't recommend anyone under 18 to use them, just like it's generally a bad idea for over 18s to use dating apps too.

If you want to date people, just go outside tbh.

It's not that deep, just wait until you are 18

As a few noted above, there is just no way any reputable dating company would cater to under 18s in the UK. Safeguarding risks, insurance problems and bad publicity would be off the scale for v little reward considering under 18s don't tend to have a lot of money and either can't enter into contracts or can't effectively be held to them.

TSR is much the same, this is why users can't exchange social media accounts, email, phone numbers or try to arrange meet ups etc, TSR quite reasonably isn't willing to take the responsibility for them. Things didn't use to be this way but now when people get in trouble online, be it dating, prnography, abuse, gambling etc people are very quick to blame the platform.
