would it be too late to switch schools? (year 12)

currently im a year 12 in sixth form and ill be honest.. im not enjoying it.
i wanted to do drama for alevel but my school wasn't running it that year— should've left when I had the chance. instead i did politics as a backup subject and im not enjoying it.
I dont like the environment of a sixth form and would prefer a college where i can do what subjects I love. my school is also strict for grades and attendance etc and im struggling.
would it be too late to switch to a college? I had an offer for a new city college (im based in london) but rejected it to go to my sixth form and i regret it so much.
the only thing im worried about is how much work I'd have to catch up on alongside making new friends.

I know several people who transferred colleges even after the 2nd term, if you really aren't enjoying it, and think that studying elsewhere would be great, then I'd really recommend switching colleges. If you truly enjoy a subject, then the catch-up will not take long. I was on a waiting list for Further Maths at my current sixth form, an infamously hard subject, and because I enjoy it, I managed to catch-up promptly after starting Further Maths in my 3rd half term of Y12, so if you really want to do drama (and especially if the school environment isn't great for you) I would highly recommend switching, I've had friends who really did not mesh well with the environment of my sixth form college (it's really weird in that it places a lot of responsibility on the students, which is great if you're organised, and you can make the decision, that "I'm fine with chemistry, so instead I'll dedicate more time to comp-sci") and so they transferred and found the environment elsewhere much better for them

Best of luck
