Is the Matterhorn or the Ebenalp in the Switzerland unusual enough for a visit? these are places worth for hiking in any case.

Fine. I would love to be there in the future, but the future will show if it ever happens. Hiking is such a good thing in holidays!

I'm not sure if Moscow or Morocco count as unusual, but yeah.... I'm prob not going to be visiting either soon 🤔

Then again i cant talk.
The unusual place i put down that id want to visit (Poveglia island off Italy) isnt going to happen any time soon.
Mainly because they dont seem to let visitors there because its apparently haunted.
I originally found out about the place on a couple of ghost shows that i like watching.

Seems rather to be a superstition than a real thing - and a pretence to prevent mass tourism, in my opinion.

If you read up on it, the island has a bit of a history. They housed people that had the plague there. Then there was a mental hospital there until that closed in the 1960's.
It has been uninhabited since. And the island is apparently off limits to people/visitors.

That sounds like a good idea.
Talking of caves id also like to visit the water filled underground caves in mexico (in the Yucatan Peninsula). I have the planet earth programme to thank for that.

I think it would be interesting to see an abandoned place like Pripyat near Chernobyl. Seeing a location that has been abandoned for so long is both intriguing and eerie.
