Only one way to find out! (Youll never know unless you give it a shot :yep:)
Im also in year 13 and do maths so i can help with that as im currently working at around a B on full a level papers so i know roughly how to get to this point 🙂
If theres content where you look at the markscheme or a question and have absolutely no idea where to start or what it’s on about then re-learn that content. It’s honestly not worth trying to muddle through a questions mark scheme if you dont understand the principles behind what youre being asked to do. Theres lots of great resources to teach yourself the content- some of my personal go-to resources are bicenmaths on YouTube, Seneca, DrFrost or integral depending on the topic.
Once you understand the content but not necessarily how to apply it to the question, do a few questions open book and look through fully worked solutions- either on a video or in pdf form. A lot of questions will require multiple skills to get your head around so if you do it open book you can focus on slowing down and understanding all the steps rather than recalling how to do it and possibly going wrong.
Once youre confident then do some past paper questions, if you notice a particular topic youre weaker on then go back to learning the content for that topic, you may have to do this several times for some topics as some content has more stuff to memorise or a specific way to work through a question efficiently.
Hope that helps, feel free to ask any questions!

Yes it’s possible, I’m in Y13 as well and I also do physics this advise is mainly geared towards physics but it may be useful for business as well. To get better at physics here’s what I did (E to C/B) I used YouTube (channel depends but I’d use cognito for year 1 and mr turnbull physics for year 2 content) to understand the content if I didn’t want to read the cgp textbook or just use the cgp textbook. Then I’d write the summary of all the gaps for that unit on lined paper then transfer those gaps to an anki flashcard set. Then I’d go on online physics tutor and choose a sub topic I’m struggling with like Latent heat. And I will answer like 2 or 3 questions and then check the mark scheme and add what I didn’t get to the flashcards, rinse and repeat until all the questions are done. The above is really effective for already covered content but not if you’re currently learning it so for stuff you’re about to learn I’d look at textbook problems then do the online physics tutor Qs like before. Even though I don’t do maths I think this could also work for it as well. As for business (I do economics) just hand in practice papers and get feedback from your teachers. I know this reply is a bit all over the place but as long as you get the idea I hope it’s fine
