Receive loan after taking a break in studies?

My university has blocked my account meaning they can't confirm my attendance for me to receive my SFE loan which is scheduled for Jan 5th. But on Jan 8th my break in studies will commence. Can I still receive the unpaid Jan 5th loan after my break in studies starts on the 8th?

Hi there,

If the university have sent us a change of circumstances suspension and we have updated this on your account then it would block your payments. When you log into your online account what is your payment status?
