Hi there(:
If you contact the uni you're going to and make them aware of any diagnoses, they can provide you with any support they have available, if you explain to them what you feel would benefit you most in your studies, they should then be able to help with any necessary accommodations.

If you submit your evidence to your funding body that will trigger a review of needs so you can have another quick assessment for any further dsa support.
