Hey!
I haven't personally but I haven’t lived in that particular area myself, but I know people who do. The area is generally well-regarded by people I know up there and its a very convenient location, being so close to Clifton, some shops, and good transport links.
Fingers crossed you can find someone who’s lived in the area/property who can share more specific feedback, or see if the agent/landlord can help to answer too.
