Further Maths and Biology A-Level Option

Is there anyone that is doing Further Maths Edexcel for A-Level? I am considering taking it but I am a bit doubtful on whether I should take it. I am taking Maths, Rs, Econ, and either Biology, Further Maths or PE..
Also, those who take biology a-level, is it very content heavy and if i am not planning to do medicine, but i enjoy the subject, should I take it?

My friend does rs, econ, bio, eng and finds it ok. Apparently bio essays (there's a 20 marker apparently) are the easiest. I do fm, I'd say only take it if you're pretty confident you'll get a 9 at GCSE. what do you want to do in the future?

I do biology a level and can confirm that there is a heck of a lot of content but it is extremely broad and interesting- if you liked bio gcse then a level will definitely be of interest to you! To put it into context a bit, for GCSE bio i have 700ish flashcards but for a level i have 2500ish. Bio a level is not just for those doing med, theres people in my class going into healthcare ofc but equally as many going into that as there are people going into one of conservation or archaeology. I would say a level bio is less human focused than gcse as well which is nice for non-medicine applicants 🙂 I wouldnt recommend bio as a fourth tho, only fm is really a recommendable 4th subject imo because its an extension of maths rather than a completely different subject.
With fm, you could apply to do it and then see if it’s too much for you. It would be helpful to have if you want to go into economics or anything related at uni. If you dont like it or the workload is too much after a few weeks then you can drop it but its more difficult to go the other way.
