No active intake

I was tracking my cas process it was on 61% yesterday. When i check it today it shows nothing and make me log out every time i login and shows no active intake written on the screen.
Can anyone guide me with this
Hi there,

Without being able to check everything has been submitted correctly I can't say for sure however the system can take a while to process. I understand the nervousness but try not to worry as it is often an IT fault or documents not quite submitted.
If you do want to check with the university you may want to contact them on the phone as the email currently is very busy this time of year.

the main hold ups are:"
To obtain a CAS you will need to have
•accepted your offer
•met all of the conditions of your offer
•paid your deposit"

so double check those whilst you wait.
