Opinions on Plymouth Marjon?

I attempted to go to university last year but I got overwhelmed/scared once I was there and came back home. The experience had made me write off university completely until my parents made me go to an open day at Plymouth Marjon, where I sort of found my spark again while chatting to lecturers for the first time since the depression I've sunk into post uni-failure. I'd like to try studying psychology there, but im worried I'd panic again, so does anyone else have any experiences they could tell me about Plymouth Marjon please?

Have they found that the area is quite isolated/ not much to do? Also how were their experiences with the accommodation if you dont mind me asking?

I wouldn’t say they find it isolated, i’ve been there for an opening day and it is quite big in my opinion, however there are a few places around where you can spend free time like Tim Hortons, Starbucks, McDonalds, Costa, M&S etc - great for studying. Regarding the accommodation - I’m not too sure how it is as the people I know that go there live at home nearby, but from what i’ve seen the accommodation looks quite nice.
