Hi @nooryyy.m,

It's great to hear you're interested in attending Kingston University, and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Kingston University has a diverse student body which represents a wide range of faiths and cultures. Alongside dedicated on-campus prayer facilities (prayer rooms/faith and spirtuality centres), we also have many faith-based societies including the Islamic Society (ISoc), the Ahmadiyya Muslim Students Association (AMSA) Society and the Ahlulbayt Islamic Society, all of which help support Muslim students at KU and host regular events and meet-ups. From my own experience, faith societies tend to be very popular and active - there should be lots of opportunities to meet other Muslim students.

In terms of same-sex accommodation, we have a number of single-sex flats available in our halls of residence (Clayhill, Seething Wells and Chancellors Hall). When booking your accommodation reach out to the accommodation team to let them know your preference/needs.

Hope this helps and if you have any further questions, let us know! 🙂
