UCAS documents

Hello,

I am an EU undergraduate applicant seeking to study law. I have applied for KCL, QMUL, Warwick, Bristol and LSE LLB. As an international student, I was required to sit an English Proficiency Test, which I did. I have my C2 Cambridge English Proficiency Certificate, yet I was unable to add any code(s) or the actual document on UCAS or each university's application portals.

Am I supposed to send my certificate only if the university requests me to do so? Should I try to upload it myself via the messaging function on their application portals? I'm a bit worried and I'd appreciate some guidance from those who have already applied. Thank you!
You only need to send it if you receive another with an English language condition. If you do, use a portal or other method detailed in the offer.

From what I know, this is quite normal. On UCAS, you usually don’t upload the actual English certificate yourself unless the university specifically asks for it. Admissions teams can already see that you’ve declared an English qualification.

In most cases, universities will contact you later if they need proof, either through a conditional offer or by email. Uploading it yourself through the portal messaging system isn’t usually necessary and sometimes they won’t even look at unsolicited documents.

I wouldn’t worry too much for now. If they need the certificate, they’ll let you know what to do and where to send it.
