grade jump in alevel maths

im currently in yr12 doing a level maths and i got a 6 at gcse
how difficult would it be to get a grade A for the actual alevel exams?

i still have around about a year and a half until my exams and my other 2 subjects are more coursework based (alevel art and btec ict) so i can focus on maths more

If you put in the effort, it will still be hard, but absolutely doable.
How are you finding the content now? It should be smooth sailing so far.

I got a similiar grade .I suggest you finish the whole content of AS levels(year 12 content only) by february or march.its not that hard if you start right now to get grade A.However I suggest you just practice each paper whilst revisiting content. The jump from year 12 to 13 is WAY bigger than 11 to 12.If you dont Understand the content for year 12 year 13 will be really hard

That's not the best sign, have your teachers said anything about your grades?

Finishing the spec early is a good idea, so you can get an early start on doing papers.

I'd recommend Dr Frost - it's free to register here: https://www.drfrost.org/students

Then search on courses for your exam board,

Another good website is this: https://mmerevise.co.uk/a-level-maths-revision/ just use the free stuff
