how do I make a rlly good PPE application/portfolio for uni

Hey guys, I am planning on doing a PPE degree at university next year but I want to know, what I can do to make my PPE application and personal statement stand out? What work experience and extracurriculars should I do especially as I don’t do Econ at alevel either?

So im not like the smartest with only A*AA but i had a boss personal statement which i think carried me to my 5/5 offers.
Firstly you need to read around the subject which is number 1. read, watch, listen and refernce that for your personal statment. this shows how wide and broad you are and the nicher the better. so i talked about how i read into universal basic income and what that taught me.
next they LOVE volunteering, shows relevance to modern broad topics, shows compassion, hard work. Shows you have a passion and interest in a course. I did a variety so some maths tutoring, volunteering with a ukranian youthgroup, scouts
they then love leadership skills, so im headtsudent and run the student council, environment commitee. This again shows passion, drive for change. This if you explain the skills youve learnt and how.. is very powerful
then id say any competitions e.g. essay, maths challenge, debating... all of those are skills they crave in ppe and especially debating/ public speaking if you make that dirrectly relevant to your course then boom.

idk thers lots more but id say thats a pretty good formular, doing moocs are also great, online courses, talking about parts of your school subjects any of that counts as super curriculars.
btw i got offers from Warwick, exeter, birmingham, leeds, newcastle and am by far not the best candidate but just did a lot of stuff
in the end find a niche area and do everything in that so i love the planet so most of my stuff is to do with that, helping with climate action group protests, running charity events, public speaking competition
i hope this helps xx
