student tenancy takeover available in portswood, southampton

This is for University of Southampton students- I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy (which ends in the summer) asap/during this semester for a 6 bed house in Cedar road, Portswood. The house is clean and uses chore rotas, friendly people including 4 boys and 1 girl, with 2 bath and large TV living room and a back garden. The room being advertised is overlooking the garden upstairs and has a double bed, 2 cabinets, wardrobe and desk. Rent is £140 per month including bills. Feel free to message for any other details!
