I picked biology chemistry and business and want to do medicine.did I pick wrong?

No, those choices are completely fine! Most med schools only require bio and chem, few only require chem. I believe only one of Oxford or Cambridge require 3 stem subjects (eg bio chem maths/physics)

Hello!

To the best of my knowledge, biology and chemistry are the two almost required subjects for medicine, so it's good that you've chosen those. The third topic tends to be a heavy topic, like physics or maths, which can show that you can handle a large workload (medicine workload is nothing to laugh about!) and also be relevant, but slightly less so, to the course. Business will be suitable for some unis if you do well, but it's definitely worth having a look at what some requirements are, especially if you have a uni in mind, as some might prefer you have another science or maths subject.

You might find this website useful: https://www.uniadmissions.co.uk/application-guides/medicine-a-level-entry-requirement-subjects-to-study/
About half way down the page there is a table of universities that offer medicine, and their grade and subject requirements.

Best of luck!
