Hi everyone 👋

I’m an undergraduate psychology student running a short anonymous survey for my dissertation on why exercise is often the first habit students abandon when motivation declines. The study examines how motivation, enjoyment, and confidence in exercising change as people stop being active.

I’d also love a discussion in the comments. Do you find exercise is the first habit to go when you’re stressed or busy? What usually causes you to stop, and what helps you start again?
