Use a simple structure: identify the issue → consider both sides → prioritise patient safety, autonomy, beneficence → explain your reasoning calmly

If u get stuck, say what you would do next (seek senior advice, clarify information, communicate with the patient). That’s not a weakness, it’s quite realistic actually.

They care more about communication and judgement than flashy answers is what I've been told.
•
Keep it personal but grounded. Motivation + insight into realities of the job.
•
Mention teamwork, responsibility, dealing with uncertainty, not just “helping people”.
